Cancellation Policy

Although many times situations arise that are beyond our control we do require a 24-hour cancellation notice. The time scheduled is reserved especially for you. If a cancellation notice is given less than 24 hours in advance of appointment time, a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.

No Call/No Show

If certain scheduling conflicts arise and you are not able to make your appointment time, please allow us the courtesy of a call, you will be charged our cancellation fee. However, if you do not call or show up for your appointment, the full amount of your scheduled treatment will be charged.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates do not include gratuity, and are non-refundable. Gift certificates are valid for one year and have no cash value and we cannot honor your gift certificates if it is lost, stolen or expired.
